I cannot reccomend Advance Drive enough for new drivers! After failing the test three times with other instructors I had lost all confidence in my driving abilities. And became a very nervous driver. I then went to Advance Drive where Noel became my new instructor. Noel changed my whole perspective on driving and the nerves went away. He's so patient and understanding and I found the lessons to be fun and enjoyable in comparison to other driving schools in Galway. 10/10 for Noel & Advanced drive, could not reccomend enough! The information and advice I got from Vincent during the lessons on the road, were very accurate, and he made me feel completely at home when driving the bus. Past my jeep and trailer test at the first attempt. Dezzie was my instructor and was very knowledgeable and a great support. Also Ailbhe in the office was extremely pleasent, efficient and gave good detail of all lessons to take place. This is an excellent driving school with customer service and success a top priority. I have to commend my instructor Lee as he was a very hard man to please but it was all worth it in the end as I have just passed my artic driving test and I don't think that I would have done it without his constant drilling of the method of driving the truck. I did both the rigid and artic courses with Advance over the last two years and I couldn’t praise them enough. Found all the staff very helpful and obliging. The instructor that I had for the artic that I just finished with today was Dessie, I found him great and I felt very comfortable and relaxed and I’d recommend him and Advance to anyone going forward.

I contacted Advance Drive after a disappointing lesson with another provider. The booking process, the facility and communication was absolutely fantastic! The rest of our team will now be attending Advance to upskill. Special mention to PJ who is a fantastic instructor and kept everything so relaxed and easy. It was genuinely enjoyable to do lessons with him.

Just got my C licence first try . Couldn’t say enough about Advance Drive and their whole team .Excellent people and very informative and friendly. I had Dessie for my lessons and he was great. I never drove a truck before. He put me at ease and was really easy to listen too.got his points and information across very well and were easy to put in to practice .Top class instructor. Cant thank Dessie and the whole Advance Drive team enough.. Thanks.
