I am delighted to have passed my D bus test on the first attempt. I was lucky enough to have 2 different instructors - Noel and Gerry. I feel both instructors had a different style of teaching and I definitely learned different things from each of them. They were both very thorough in making sure I was ready for the test and confident in the test procedure. The office staff are exceptional. They are accommodating and considerate. They know their job and they were great to call me and offer me an extra lesson before my test, when a slot became available. Before passing my test, I was already recommending Advance Drive to people who have asked me about getting a bus license.

Very responsive and proffesionals, Emma and Aoife were great in supporting the classes scheduling and booking the car for the day of the test. For me it was very valuable the offered service to book the same car to take the exam. I passed my rigid truck (C) license at the first attempt yesterday, delighted! I did most of my lessons with Dezzie and one lesson with Mike. There were a few bumps along the road - took me a year from start to finish because my work interfered with booking and scheduling lessons - but Advance Drive as a company left me with the feeling that they care about each and every one of their students. They gave individual attention to me, and I am sure every student who chooses to train with them. Each person gets the education, practice, information and personal attention that they as an individual need. Now I feel like a competent and confident driver. I recommend this school. The in-house staff at advanced drive are very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help me with any queries I had. Even if they did not have the answer at hand, they made sure to phone me back with the answer. I cannot reccomend Advance Drive enough for new drivers! After failing the test three times with other instructors I had lost all confidence in my driving abilities. And became a very nervous driver. I then went to Advance Drive where Noel became my new instructor. Noel changed my whole perspective on driving and the nerves went away. He's so patient and understanding and I found the lessons to be fun and enjoyable in comparison to other driving schools in Galway. 10/10 for Noel & Advanced drive, could not reccomend enough! I received my bus Driving lessons from Vincent Jennings, Vincent is an excellent instructor with a lot of experience, He has a great ability to inform his student of what to do, and how to do it, while keeping the student relaxed. Vincent will concentrate on a students mistakes/errors, and will make the corrections. I highly recommend Vincent.

The best in the country from start to finish great company I passed my rigid test back in January and today passed my artic test with advance drive from the girls in the office which are great help with everything i had dezzie for my artic lessons and he was brilliant very easy to get along with and could have the crack with can’t thank him enough for everything he showed me and to all the team in advance drive thank you

Recently completed my C class Rigid truck licence with advance drive , My instructor Lee was great , he was clear ,consise and always provided constructive feedback to improve progress and keep improving my driving standard . The staff in the office were great aswell and very accommodating. Thanks to Aoife and Emma . I would highly recommend advance drive and Im planning to progress and get my D licence along with my Ce in the comming months with advance drive .

I just passed my BE test today on the first attempt. Many thanks to Máirtín & Noel for all the tips. They prepared me well for all the scenarios I encountered. Having not sat a driving test for 20+ years they prepared me well and ultimately gave me important guidance on safe driving. Thanks Lads and the whole team.

I would like to say a big thank you to all at Advance Drive for helping me pass my class C driving test. Always professional and courteous. For all you aspiring truck and bus drivers out there I would definitely recommend Advance Drive so mush so I can't wait to do my artic training with them as soon as I get my provisional license. And finally a big thank you to my instructor Dezzie who's cool and professional manner during my lessons helped to put me at ease, fair play to him he only had to step on that emergency break a few times, again a big thank you to all, stay safe and hopefully see you soon for the next stage.
