My driving instructor was Declan and he is a very good profesional and knows his job well. He explains everything very clear and in a very understandable way and he has a great patience. I just completed a 10 week GRETB bus drivers course. The course was managed and run by Advance Drive Galway . The course included ten two hour lessons. CPC training,first aid responders course and lifting and manual handling course. Advance Drive are a very professional organisation. There staff and management were very friendly, supportive and efficient in everything they did. My instructor for the 10 weeks was Vincent Jennings. He was an excellent tutor with great patience. He really prepared me for my test, which I passed on my first attempt. I would highly recommend Advance Drive for anyone considering bus driving as a profession.

I passed my driving test (car) first time. I can not thank Advance Driving enough , i started my lessons with corey , and i finished my lessons with Declan. I highly recommend Declan as a driving instructor. Declan will always encourage you and support you along the way. He will make your driving experience enjoyable. Dont worry about making mistakes ,Declan is very experienced and highly skilled, you are in safe hands. Great tip : Do a lesson before the test or do a pretest or both, it helped me hugely. Philip is an absolute genius when it comes to driving and answering questions you ask there is absolutely nothing he doesn\'t know, done 3 tests in a year rigid, coach and artic yesterday 1st oct with nearly a clean sheet only 1 fault due to another very unprofessional bus driver. how good is that for a result driving a truck with a 35ft trailor thanks to the expert tuition from Philip. impossible to fail. why go to an apprentice when you can learn from a professional cheers philip

Today i passed the Bus test on my first attempt.I also passed the Artic on my first attempt too with Advance. I would like to thank all the Management and Staff for their help and advice over the last few weeks. They have always been very helpful, professional and patient in their approach with students like myself. The 2 girls at front of house were always very helpful with any problem that had to be sloved. A big thanks to Noel for the Artic and to Mike for the Bus. I think that Mike has trained everyone that drives a bus or truck around Galway as everyone in a bus or truck waves at him every time. It felt like I was driving Michael D around waving at everyone. A great experience and one that I wont forget. What a brilliant company with wonderful personnel and I would like to wish them all the best in the future. I went to Advanced drive after they were recommended by a friend. I have now passed 2 tests with them (bus and truck) and can't praise them enough. Phillip and Mike are both very patient and encouraging during the learning process. During each pre-test lesson they re-assured me and gave me ways to deal with the test nerves. The structure of the lessons are second to none. I really like the fact that I had a pre test hour before my test on the day, which prepared me well and settled my nerves ! I cant thank PJ enough, and the Advance team, who were extremely accommodating when booking my lessons, which often had to be re-scheduled due to my work load. I will be preparing to commit to my D licence in the Autumn with the Advance Team in Galway. Many thanks to all. Sass O Flynn

Passed my D1 test first time thanks for advance drive, all thanks to Philips tuition! He was calm, professional, patient and a great teacher! Made me feel at ease straight away and knocked all the bad habits out of me! Very flexible and willing to accommodate changing bookings at short notice. I have no bad reports for advance drive, I would highly recommend them. The best around! :-)

I had failed the test before (maybe more than once). A few lessons with Garry and I finally passed. An excellent instructor. "Tar and Tyres", "GOSHO" will always be remembered. Highly recommended. Thanks again Garry.

I found the staff in Advance Drive extremely professional and helpful. I had Vincent for my first three lessons and he was excellent. I had Dessie for the remainder of my lessons, what an expert! He gave me so much encouragement right through, I am really very grateful to everyone in Advance Drive.

I got my jeep and trailer licence with Dezzie first go and couldn't be happier. He was very patient with me as I had no experience starting off and made sure I was confident and ready to pass when it came to my test. Service was second to none from start to finish and would like to thank Advance, from the girls in the office, to Dezzie the instructor for everything. Recently completed my C class Rigid truck licence with advance drive , My instructor Lee was great , he was clear ,consise and always provided constructive feedback to improve progress and keep improving my driving standard .
